Examples

Here are some examples to give you an idea of the possibilities:

Example 1: Say you refer five people who purchase a $25 Personal License for Banhammer Pro. You would receive $62.50 commission, minus any PayPal fee. Math: 5 x $25 x 50% = $62.50

Example 2: Say you refer five people who purchase a $200 Developer License for Banhammer Pro. You would receive $500.00 commission, minus any PayPal fee. Math: 5 x $200 x 50% = $500.00

So you can see the potential to generate some extra income by helping to sell awesome, high-quality WordPress plugins :)

To create an affiliate link, you append your Affiliate ID to the URL. Here are some examples, using exampleID as the Affiliate ID:

BBQ Pro - https://plugin-planet.com/bbq-pro/?exampleID
Banhammer Pro - https://plugin-planet.com/banhammer-pro/?exampleID
Blackhole Pro - https://plugin-planet.com/blackhole-pro/?exampleID
GA Pro - https://plugin-planet.com/ga-google-analytics-pro/?exampleID
SES Pro - https://plugin-planet.com/ses-pro/?exampleID
USP Pro - https://plugin-planet.com/usp-pro/?exampleID

So to create your own affiliate, you would replace exampleID with your Affiliate ID. Here is an example showing basic markup for a Banhammer Pro affiliate link:

<a href="https://plugin-planet.com/banhammer-pro/?exampleID">Check out Banhammer Pro</a>

And you can customize the markup however is necessary. The only real requirement is that you include your Affiliate ID as a query-string parameter for the URL. Remember to replace exampleID with your Affiliate ID!
