Installing BBQ Pro follows the same process as any other WordPress plugin. After downloading the plugin zip file, you basically have two options for installing: upload via FTP or use the built-in WP plugin uploader/installer. Here are the steps for either installation method.

Important: Before installing BBQ Pro, you must remove the free version of the plugin!

Install via FTP

  1. Download, unzip plugin directory /bbq-pro/
  2. Connect via FTP and upload to /wp-content/plugins/
  3. Activate BBQ Pro from the Plugins screen
  4. Visit the BBQ Pro License screen to activate the license

Once the license is activated, BBQ will be enabled. You can use the default settings or visit BBQ Settings to customize as desired.

Install via Admin

  1. Download the plugin zip file
  2. In the WP Admin Area, visit Plugins ▸ Add New ▸ Upload
  3. Select the plugin zip file from your computer and click “Install Now”
  4. Activate BBQ Pro from the Plugins screen
  5. Visit the BBQ Pro License screen to activate the license

Once the license is activated, BBQ will be enabled. You can use the default settings or visit BBQ Settings to customize as desired.
