All of our plugins are built for WordPress, and thus require WordPress in order to work. A solid understanding of WordPress is recommended. The latest version of WordPress, or a qualified version (based on plugin specifications), is required. There are no other requirements for any of our plugins. Also, none of our plugins require or make use of any Apache/.htaccess code.


After successful purchase, we will send you an email with your order number and other purchase information. If you do not find our email, please check your spam folder, and be sure to mark any messages from us as “not spam” to ensure future communication. If you are unable to find any email from us, please let us know and we’ll try to help asap. Make sure you can receive email from our domain,

Purchased items may be downloaded directly by logging into the Members Area and then visiting your Purchase History. There you also can find your license key(s) and other account information. Note that access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.


Plugin Planet offers two types of licenses for pro plugins: Lifetime and Recurring.

Lifetime license

Buy once, use forever. Includes updates and support for the life of the plugin. Lifetime licenses are billed only once and include free updates and support for the life of the plugin. Lifetime licenses cost more up front, but save you money in the long run. Note: Lifetime licenses are not available for all plugins. Visit the Store for current information.

Recurring license

Buy once, use forever. Includes one (1) year of updates and support. Recurring licenses are billed every year and include one (1) year of free updates and support. If your license expires, you may continue using the plugin but will not be eligible for updates or support. You can renew your license at any time to get the latest updates and support. Recurring licenses can be canceled at any time before the renewal date, so you will not be billed again.

License Usage

Plugin Planet grants each customer one or more non-transferable license(s) to use the software for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package. Where the license package allows the software to be used on multiple sites, the license owner may not resell the originally purchased license key to other users or clients. Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software or license key. Plugin Planet will only provide support services to the original license owner with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent.

Further details about licenses for our pro plugins:

  • For regular WordPress installations, licenses apply per WordPress site.
  • For Multisite WP installations, licenses work only on an individual, per-site basis. That means a plugin license can be activated on any given site on a Multisite network, but network-wide activation is not supported at this time.
  • All of our plugins and extensions, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 or later.
  • Licenses may be used only for sites built directly by the purchaser; they may not be used in themes or other items sold by third-party sites (e.g., Themeforest).

Plugins and extensions sold and distributed by Plugin Planet are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Inasmuch as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, our plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our plugins and/or extensions. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.


For Lifetime licenses, plugins include free upgrades for life. For Recurring licenses, plugins include one year of free upgrades. Updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Whenever a new version of your plugin is available, plugins with active licenses may be upgraded via the WordPress Admin Area, or upgrade via SFTP. To download the latest version of your plugin(s), log in to the Members Area and then visit your Purchase History.


We accept payments via PayPal, directly via credit card, or via cryptocurrency like Bitcoin. We are PayPal Verified. PayPal accepts payments from most major debit/credit cards with or without a PayPal account. Or you can purchase without PayPal, using only a credit card (processed via Stripe). All transactions secured via SSL/TLS encryption. No credit card information is handled or stored on our servers. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as either PLUGIN PLANET or MONZILLAMED (Monzilla Media).


All plugin purchases include Premium Support. Premium Support covers help with purchase, your account, downloading items, and questions about our plugins. Support for our pro plugins is available only for those who have an active license. All of our plugins are sold “as-is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party software.

Support for Lifetime licenses

For Lifetime licenses, support and updates are granted for the life of the plugin.

Support for Yearly/Recurring licenses

For Yearly/Recurring licenses, support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.

Additional information

Support and updates for our products are provided as long as they actively are in development. Should any one of the following occur, Plugin Planet will no longer be responsible for providing support:

  • For any plugin that is no longer actively developed as a viable product
  • Plugin Planet or the parent company is purchased by another company
  • The WordPress software itself is no longer actively developed

Plugin Planet strives for excellent products and superior customer service, however we do not guarantee that support can be provided that will meet the customer’s expectations, timeframe, or desired level of satisfaction.


Plugin Planet strives to make high-quality products that work perfectly with the core WordPress software. We also understand that with WordPress, there are many variables that come into play, like other plugins, themes, and third-party scripts. Thus there may be situations where a plugin or extensions does not work as intended or desired. In such cases, we are glad to consider a refund when the following criteria are met:

  • The plugin or extension was purchased within the last 30 days
  • There is a problem or issue with basic product functionality
  • You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team
  • Issues with 3rd-party software do not qualify for a refund

Like all software, our plugins are intangible, irrevocable, digital products, so refunds generally are not provided. All sales are final, however every effort will be made to resolve any issues. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.
