Plugin update time! Yes sir, all of our free and Pro WordPress plugins are updated August 2020. It’s been a crazy year so far, but we remain committed to providing some of the best (and affordable) plugins on the market. This round of updates brings new features, bug fixes, and many improvements and tweaks for maximum performance and compatibility with WordPress version 5.5 (and beyond). Check it out..
If your pro license is active, the plugins can be upgraded via one-click updates in the WordPress Admin Area. Or if you own the plugin but do not have it activated, you can log in to the Members Area to download and upgrade to the latest version.
Pro Plugin Updates
Here is a rundown of changes made to each of our pro plugins:
BBQ Pro
BBQ Pro is updated to version 2.8. Changes include:
- Adds an “exclude pattern” option for email alerts
- Adds admin email (set in WP General settings) as default value for alerts
- Improves loading of inline JavaScript variables on plugin settings page
- Adds new allowed HTML tags (e.g.,

,<head>
) for the “Custom Message” setting - Removes Securi and WP Rocket IPs from default whitelist

Blackhole Pro
Blackhole Pro is updated to version 2.6. Changes include:
Important! You need to update your robots.txt
file. The robots standards have changed, so you need to update your robots.txt
file with the new Blackhole rules. Visit the plugin settings page to get the latest rules, and then add them to your robots.txt

In addition to our collection of pro plugins, we’ve also updated the free USP Helper addon. Version 2.6 changes include:
